James Dolan

Mr. Dolan is Chairman and CEO of Voyager Holdings II, LLC, a closely held private equity firm. Voyager owns and operates a diversified group of companies in the technology, real estate, financial services, aviation, timber and natural resource industries.

Mr. Dolan, who will serve as Vice Chairman of the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company, is an experienced executive, entrepreneur and business strategist. He combines his broad experience in law, technology, service industries, banking, asset management, real estate and natural resources to identify, develop and lead transformational companies. He has a successful record of building and transforming companies.

Mr. Dolan serves as CEO or Managing Director of a number of Voyager’s portfolio companies. He was the founder of Access Data, a software-as-service company providing data management and analytics to the mutual fund industry. The company was sold to Broadridge (NYSE: BR). Founded Ascent Data, a provider of cloud computing services to financial and legal firms, where he serves as Chairman.

He serves as Managing Director of Western Pacific Timber and Western Resource Holdings based in Boise, Idaho. He is Chairman of Voyager Jet in Pittsburgh, PA and previously led the creation of Yellowstone Jet Center in Bozeman, Montana and its sale to Signature Flight Support. He was Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Aviation Flight Services, which he sold to Sentient Jet. He was an executive officer at Federated Investors (NYSE: FII), a $400+ billion global asset manager where he was responsible for all technology, software, customer service, marketing and administration. He served as President and CEO of Federated Services Company, Chairman and CEO of Federated Bank and Trust Co. and was a Director of Federated International, Ltd. with offices in Ireland, Luxemburg and the Cayman Islands.

Mr. Dolan currently serves on the board of directors of PlanMember Services Corp. a $9.5 billion broker dealer and $2.5 billion asset manager in Santa Barbara, CA, TriState Capital Bank (NASDAQ: TSC), a $6 billion commercial bank in Pittsburgh, PA and Chartwell Investment Advisors, a $8.5 billion asset management firm based in Radnor, PA.

Mr. Dolan is Chairman of the Board of the Going to The Sun Rally, a Montana vintage rally that has provided over $600,000 in support to Montana charities. He serves as Chairman of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Association, a 501c organization that has donated more than $5,500,000 to Autism charities in Western Pennsylvania. He is a long time vintage racer and car collector, racing vintage Shelby Cobra, GT350, GT40, Triumph cars.

Mr. Dolan received a B.A. degree from Villanova University in 1976 and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 1980. He lives with his wife Patricia on Keewaydin Island in Naples, FL.
